Hi Tamahayers!

Things have been busy and exciting since camp ended. Luna has come to live at Tamahay! She is 22 years old, a black and white paint, and her breed is called the Tennessee Walker. She is very nice and always comes when you call her by name. Luna isn’t super tall; she is about the size of Izithi. She is living in the herd with Romy, Candy, and Scout, but her best friend is Sweetie. They spend most of their time together. When they came back from vacationing over by Yankee’s house, Luna and Sweetie trotted together the whole way.

The leaves are just starting to turn up here. The maple tree by the deer feeding station is a beautiful brilliant red and the quaking aspen are turning yellow.
