Hi Tamahayers!

The first taste of winter hit the second weekend this month. The horses thought the feels-like temperature of 6° was pretty chilly, but the snow flurries were pretty.

Miley, Gator’s friend, is a unicorn to us. She is 14 years old and such a nice horse. She is ready for campers to ride and loves everyone. Miley is a big horse; she is taller than Hunter. She has a very nice trot and is very people oriented. To get a good picture we had to put a halter on her because otherwise she was too close to the camera. There are a lot of pictures of her walking towards the camera and of her nostrils up close because she loves people so much. She just wants to be loved and that’s what she gets here.

Miley was a good sport to wear her unicorn horn for the picture.

She likes to look at the other horses over the top of the dividers of the stalls while she waits for her food. There aren’t a lot of horses who are tall enough to do that, but she is!
